Hepsia's File Manager section permits you to manage your website content using simple point & click movements. Right-click shortcut menus offer quick access to different file manipulation options, whereas user-friendly drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop computer in an instant. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unarchive files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your PC. The in-built drag & drop functionality will allow you to effortlessly transfer files between your PC and the hosting server. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your personal computer and then drag it into your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Furthermore, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager interface, you can create a new file or folder with just one single click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can modify your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, examine the contents of a file or edit its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to zip and unzip all types of files. It works stunningly fast - just select the files you would like to make a zipped archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the type of the new archive (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a specified folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you really do not need any external software tools to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to examine the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up online. What's more, you will find several built-in file editors, which will give you full authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are intended for more knowledgeable users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
