Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mail boxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
